Feeling like you need a little motivation or a quick tip to get you going. Each week, and between full episodes, I will share short clips on a certain topic. This is a great way to get inspired for the day, enjoy this quick burst of motivation. So I'm setting goals and I have a tip if this is something that you're doing right now as well for the new year and that is to set goals that don't really focus on the particular result, but more on the action or the habit. So, for example, I want to lose 10 pounds. So rather than really focusing on the end result, I focus on the little actions that I'm going to take every day. So let's say, I'm going to drink 60 ounces of water every day. I'm going to eat at least one healthy meal with lots of vegetables every single day. I'm going to try to sleep seven and a half hours every single day. So all those little actions are going to help you get to that particular result. But the focus isn't on the end result. The focus is on the habits you're going to develop towards that goal, because that gives you sustainability, that gives you more of a drive to keep going and maybe surpass that goal, but also maintaining or developing a healthy lifestyle.
