Feeling like you need a little motivation or a quick tip to get you going. Each week and between full episodes, I will share short clips on a certain topic. This is a great way to get inspired for the day. Enjoy this quick burst of motivation. I just had a conversation with someone and I just had to kind of put this out there into the world. So I hope you appreciate some of my random thoughts. I know that that was the initial thought of having these weekend like super short clips of me, just kind of like putting stuff out there, but then I wanted to really kind of put some structure behind it. But I feel like sometimes you just need to throw it out there and see if, like it can help. It can help someone kind of come to a realization or have an aha moment. So what I was chatting about with someone was just talking about when people are trying to change something. So whether they're trying to fix a problem or they're trying to get through some limiting beliefs, and the focus normally is on well, what do I need to change or what should I be thinking, and that focus sometimes creates this energy of lack and of you know that something is missing or something is broken that needs to be fixed, and many times, it is really about focusing on what is it that you want to step into? What is that either feeling, what role or what place in your life do you want to step into? And I've talked about this before when it comes to the head versus heart, and it's the concept of the head, the head voice is basically those limiting beliefs that are based on fear, lack and scarcity and the past, and the heart based voices are more about love, abundance and the future and potential. So I want you to ask yourself this question that is really more based on the heart voice, and that is what is the space I want to step into, what is the mindset I want to step into? And really focusing on what you want to become rather than what you want to fix and what you want to change, because some of those things will come later. As far as the things that you do, however, like what is the person you want to become, that will make the decisions and the changes that will get you to the place where you want to be. So I want you to ponder on that a little bit and kind of ask yourself that question. So it's more based on that space you want to step into rather than the things that you need, quote, unquote, need to fix.
